The Food
The food is prepared in Bridgewater, NJ using premium, organic ingredients. All of the menu items follow Dr. Fuhrman’s nutritarian guidelines, e.g. no added sodium, oils, sweeteners, etc. The food is prepared and immediately frozen in glass jars.

Cristina moved to the United States 16 years ago from Romania. She met 
Dr. Joel Fuhrman and his family in 2001 and started preparing nutritarian food for them in their home. It was then that she realized her love for eating and preparing healthy nutritarian meals. Cristina started Nutritarian Eats in 2015 with the mission of bringing the nutritarian lifestyle to you, in your home, so you too can be healthy & happy!
